Simple Sunny Burrito

This simple sunny burrito recipe has been slightly modified from the Griffin Fit’s nutrition website to make it a little lighter. This recipe contains 275 kcal, 10g protein, 14g fat and 20g carbs.

 

For this simple sunny burrito recipe you will need:
1 mini tortilla wrap
1 egg (or 2 if you really like your eggs)
0.5 avocado
2 tbsp salsa (any brand)
A few sprays of fry light
Then follow these super simple steps:
1. Chop your avocado
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan with the fry light.
3. Fry the egg and cover the pan until the whites are set.
4. Spread the tortilla wrap with salsa, top with an egg and slices of avocado.
5. Serve immediately sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves (optional)
