Our groups are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals with the guidance and support of a personal trainer every step of the way.

We can still accommodate your needs and any physical limitations, such as existing niggles, old injuries and other health concerns so don’t let this put you off trying our small groups. With a maximum of 10 people in each session, the training is designed in a way that ensures everyone receives personal attention from our expert trainers. Our coaches will be by your side to motivate you, hold you accountable and give you the support you need on your health & fitness journey.

We have group sessions on at various times to suit most schedules ranging from early morning, post school run, lunch times and evenings.
