Satay Chicken Recipe

1 Chicken breast

1 TBSP Red Thai Curry Paste

1 TBSP Peanut butter (any kind, any brand)

2 TBSP Single cream

Any kind of rice (microwave or cooked)

Fry light

Step 1: Add 1 TBSP of the curry paste to a pan and heat for 30 secs.

Step 2: Add a chopped chicken breast to the pan and cook.

Step 3: Add 1 TBSP of peanut butter and stir until smooth

Step 4: Reduce the heat, add 2 TBSP of cream and stir.

Step 5: Let simmer for around 15 mins on a low heat.

Step 6: Cook rice if using

Step 7: Dish up and enjoy!
