Mum In-Laws Curry

This super easy mum in-laws curry recipe contains 633kcal, 38g protein, 75g carbs and 18g fats.


You will need:

1/2 tbsp olive oil

0.25 pack microwave rice

1 raw chicken breast

1 tsp curry powder

1 medium apple

1tbsp sour cream

1 red onion

15g sultanas

0.5 tinned chopped tomatoes


Then follow these super easy steps:

1. Chop your red onion, apple and chicken breast and place them separately to one side

2. Heat the pan with your olive oil and then cook your red onion until brown

3. Then add your chicken, sour cream, tomatoes, sultanas and curry powder

4. Cook on low until saucy and soft

5. Microwave your rice

6. Serve up once it’s all cooked through!

Alternatively you can place these ingredients in a slow cooker for 4-6 hours. Stir before serving
