Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

This super easy sweet and sour chicken recipe contains 379 calories, 34g protein, 47g carbs and 2g of fats.

 

For 1 serving you will need the following ingredients:

1 raw chicken breast

20 sugar snap peas

3 tbsp ketchup

1.5 tbsp malt vinegar

1 small onion

1 sweet bell pepper

100 grams pineapple

1 garlic clove

 

Then follow this super easy method:

1. In a large microwaveable bowl, mix the ketchup, vinegar and garlic thoroughly with the chicken, onion and pepper

2. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is starting to cook and the sauce is sizzling

3. Stir in the pineapple pieces and sugar snaps and return to the microwave for a further 3-5 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked

4. Leave the sweet and sour chicken to stand for a few minutes then serve up and enjoy 😋
