Easy Fajitas

This recipe has been taken directly from our nutrition site which all of our clients have access to. This recipe is super easy and quick to make and perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

1 Chicken Breast

1 TBSP Olive Oil

1 Red onion

1 bell pepper (any colour)

half a tin of Sweetcorn

Old El Paso Fajita spice Mix

2 Tortilla Wraps

Step 1: Heat oil in pan with chopped chicken breast.

Step 2: Add in Fajita Mix.

Step 3: Add in chopped pepper, sweetcorn and chopped onion and mix all together.

Step 4: serve with 2 warm wraps and enjoy!
