Easy Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

0.5 tin of chopped tomatoes

1 bell pepper (any colour)

1 red onion

1 chicken breast

1 Tablespoon of tomato puree

0.5 tub Total Greek 0% Fage yogurt

1 Tablespoon of olive oil

1 Tablespoon of mango chutney

1 table spoon of unsalted butter

basmati rice

2 Tablespoons of tikka masala curry paste

Here is our video of the recipe. I cooked for 3 so different measurements.

Step 1: Chop a chicken breast and add to pan with 1 TBSP on olive oil. Chop pepper and onion and also add to pan. Then cook.

Step 2: Add 1 Tbsp of unsalted butter to pot with, 1 TBSP of tomato puree, 1 TBSP of mango chutney, 2 TBSP of curry paste, half a tin of chopped tomatoes, half a tub of yogurt. stir and leave to cook.

Step 3: pour boiling water over rice in separate pot and cook for 12 mins.

Step 4: When cooked add the cooked chicken, onion and pepper to pot and mix all together.

Step 5: dish up and enjoy!
