Diet Cola Chicken

This diet cola chicken recipe contains 333kcal, 36g protein, 28g carbs and 4g fats. It also serves up nicely with some mashed potato😋


For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

1 chicken breast

1 sweet bell pepper

1 garlic clove

2 splashes Worcestershire sauce

1 small onion

1 can diet coke

1 chicken stock cube

2 tbsp plain passata sauce
14 sugar snap peas

3tbsp tomato puree

1 splash soy sauce


1. Chop your vegetables and chicken

2. Spray a large frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over high heat

3. Add the chicken breast, pepper and onion and fry for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is lightly browned

4. Add the diet cola, chicken stock, passata, tomato purée, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and stir well

5. Bring to boil, cover, reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes

6. Add the sugar snap peas, stir and increase to medium to high heat. Cook for a further 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender

7. Serve up and enjoy 😋
