Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt

This recipe has been taken directly from our nutrition site which all of our clients have access too.

This recipe is ideal to have as a snack or if you have a sweet tooth have as your pudding. Also with it being high in protein this is an ideal post workout snack.

Calories= 299. 23g protein. 14g carbs. 15g fats.

Ingredients:

Total Greek 0% Fage Yogurt- 1 tub

Peanut butter (any type, any brand) – 1 TBSP

Dark chocolate 70%- 1 Row

Vanilla extract- 1 TSP

Step 1- Mix the greek yogurt, peanut butter and vanilla extract all together in a bowl

Step 2- Chop up the chocolate into small chunks.

Step 3- sprinkle the chocolate on top and enjoy!
