Chicken Korma

This deliciously sweet chicken korma recipe contains 2 servings and each serving contains 376kcal, 11g fat, 28g carbs and 40g protein and is served well with rice

 

You will need:

2 chicken breasts
1 garlic clove

25g ground almonds (plus extra to sprinkle on top if you fancy some extra texture)

2 tsp grated ginger

2 tbsp korma paste

2 tbsp sultanas

200ml with 1/2 chicken stock cube

75g Greek yogurt

 

Then follow these super easy steps:

1. Chop your chicken into bite size portions and place to one side for later

2. Chop your onion, garlic clove and ginger and place into frying pan with 50ml and cook until the onion is soft

3. Then add 2 tbsp korma paste and cook for a further 2 minutes

4. Stir in the 2 chopped chicken breasts, 2 tbsp sultanas, 25g almonds and 200ml chicken stock and leave to simmer with the lid on until the chicken  is cooked through

5. Take the pan off of the heat and add in 75g Greek yogurt and sprinkle over any extra grounded almonds
