Carbonara Chicken

Ingredients:

1 Chicken Breast

1 Tablespoon of unsalted butter

1 medium egg

2 tablespoons of grated Pecorino cheese

1 garlic clove

olive oil

85 grams of spaghetti (cooked weight)

16.5 grams of pancetta (any brand)

Step 1: cook the spaghetti in a pan with boiling

Step 2: Add 1 TBSP/ 1 clove of chopped garlic to a pan with 1 TBSP of olive oil

Step 3: Chop up a chicken breast and add to the pan and cook.

Step 4: Chop up the pancetta and also add to the pan to cook.

Step 5: Crack egg into a bowl. Add 2 TBSP of grated Pecorino cheese, black pepper and mix.

Step 6: add 1 TBSP of unsalted butter to pan with meat in and mix.

Step 7: Drain cooked spaghetti and add to the pan. Pour the egg mix in the pan too.

Step 8: Take the pan off the heat and toss all together. The egg will cook in the heat of the pasta. Then dish up and enjoy!
