This is one of my own recipes and trust me this tastes soooo good! This is a low calorie recipe to help keep you on track whilst still enjoying a tasty treat.
Calories- 142 per slice Protein- 3g per slice
3 small bananas (the riper the better)
2 medium eggs
1 cup of plain flour
1 TSP vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup (can use honey if you prefer)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 TSP baking powder
100g dark chocolate chips
Step 1: Mash up the bananas into a mixing bowl using a fork. Once mashed add in the following ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/1 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1 TSP vanilla extract, 1 cup of plain flour, 1 1/2 TSP baking powder, 100g dark chocolate chips.
Step 2: Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees
Step 3: Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together
Step 4: Pour into a lined loaf tin
Step 5: Cook in the oven for 45 mins
Step 6: Leave to cool. Then cut into 12 equal slices
