Tortilla Wrap Pizza

I don’t know about you but I love a guilt free pizza which is not only low in calories but also delicious! This tortilla wrap pizza recipe contains 1 serving with the following nutritional content:

454 kcal, 21g protein, 42g carbs and 21g fat

 

You will need the following ingredients:

1/4 red pepper, finely diced

1/4 onion, finely diced

50g sweetcorn

1.5 tbsp tomato purée

1tsp balsamic vinegar

Tortilla wrap

50g cheese (I like to use Red Leicester)

Meat topping such as ham (optimal)

TIP: if you are a big fan of pizza sauce then I would recommend doubling the sauce portion which will only add an extra 27 kcal to the recipe with the extra tomato purée and balsamic vinegar

 

Then follow these methods:

  1. Finely chop the red pepper and onion and place on a baking tray. Then cook in the oven for 5 minutes on 180 degrees for a fan assisted oven and 200 degrees for a non-fan assisted oven
  2. Meanwhile, place the wrap on top of a baking tray
  3. Mix tomato purée and balsamic vinegar together and spread the mixture over the wrap
  4. Grate the cheese and place on top of the wrap with the sweetcorn including any additional toppings such as ham 
  5. Once the pepper and onion is cooked also place these on top of the pizza
  6. Place the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wrap is cooked
  7. Serve up and enjoy!
