Tortilla Wrap Pizza

I don’t know about you but I love a guilt free pizza which is not only low in calories but also delicious! This tortilla wrap pizza recipe contains 1 serving with the following nutritional content:
454 kcal, 21g protein, 42g carbs and 21g fat
You will need the following ingredients:
1/4 red pepper, finely diced
1/4 onion, finely diced
50g sweetcorn
1.5 tbsp tomato purée
1tsp balsamic vinegar
Tortilla wrap
50g cheese (I like to use Red Leicester)
Meat topping such as ham (optimal)
TIP: if you are a big fan of pizza sauce then I would recommend doubling the sauce portion which will only add an extra 27 kcal to the recipe with the extra tomato purée and balsamic vinegar
Then follow these methods:
- Finely chop the red pepper and onion and place on a baking tray. Then cook in the oven for 5 minutes on 180 degrees for a fan assisted oven and 200 degrees for a non-fan assisted oven
- Meanwhile, place the wrap on top of a baking tray
- Mix tomato purée and balsamic vinegar together and spread the mixture over the wrap
- Grate the cheese and place on top of the wrap with the sweetcorn including any additional toppings such as ham
- Once the pepper and onion is cooked also place these on top of the pizza
- Place the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wrap is cooked
- Serve up and enjoy!
