Peanut Butter Cups

This recipe has been taken from our nutrition site which all of our clients have access to.

This Recipe is super tasty and and great for a snack.

211 Calories. 6g Protein. 13g Carbs. 15g Fats. – Per Cup.

Ingredients:

Caster Sugar

Peanut Butter ( any type any brand)

Dark chocolate 70%

Step 1: Prepare cupcake tin with 6 cupcake cases ( I only did 4)

Step 2: Mix 1 TBSP of peanut butter with 1 TBSP caster sugar.

Step 3: Melt the dark chocolate on hob or in microwave if you prefer. Then spread 2 TBSP of melted chocolate into each case.

Step 4: Add 1 TBSP of the peanut butter to the middle, on top of the chocolate.

Step 5: Add another 2 TBSP of melted chocolate on top to cover the peanut butter.

Step 6: leave to set in fridge for 1 hour.

Step 7: Take out of fridge, remove from the cases and enjoy!
