This ones for all you peanut butter lovers out there!
This recipe makes 16 brownies. 174 Calories per brownie. 6.4 grams of protein per brownie!
35g Flour (any kind of flour, I used plain)
150g of Peanut Butter
45g Chocolate Chips
3 small eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 1: Measure out all the ingredients and add into a mixing bowl- 100g oats, 35g flour, 150g peanut butter, 45g chocolate chips. Crack 3 small eggs into the bowl. Measure 150ml of maple syrup and add. Then add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients up. Pour mixture into a lined 8×8 baking tray.
Step 3: Put in the oven to bake for 15-20 mins at 160 degrees.
Step 4: When cooked take out and leave to cool for 30 mins. Then cut into 16 brownies and enjoy!
