Cable rotation is a fantastic exercise to improve core strength and stability.

Try focusing on some core exercises such as these rotations however be sure to have help with technique and keep the weight as low as poss to begin with – in our case here – Liz is using a resistance band. (You can use different strength bands for a harder workout)
* feet shoulder width apart
* hips facing forwards throughout
* arms extended to around shoulder height but not locked at the elbow
* rotate as far round as feels comfortable keeping spine in a neutral position (no bending forwards/backwards )
* keep those abs pulled in
* don’t forget to breath
Repeat 3 lots of 10 reps on each side.
