Spinach Feta Frittata Recipe

You’ll be glad to hear that I am back with more delicious recipes from the Griffin Fit nutrition website! Today I am making a spinach feta frittata which contains a total of 327 calories, 20g protein, 5g carbs and 24g fats.

For 1 serving you will need to prepare the following ingredients:

2 medium eggs

4 tbsp feta cheese

0.5 tbsp olive oil

2 mushrooms

1 handful fresh spinach leaves

1 garlic clove

A sprinkle of salt and pepper

Then to make these ingredients into a yummy spinach feta frittata just follow the steps in the link and list below:

  1. Add oil to pan, add garlic & mushrooms.
  2. Sautee for 3mins.
  3. Then stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Beat eggs & season with salt & pepper then pour in.
  5. Cook until frittata is done and when cooked crumble feta on top, grill until feta is slightly browned.
  6. Serve up😋
