This is my recipe for low calorie chocolate cookies. I’ve seen a lot of people doing some extra baking so thought i’d post a calorie friendly recipe to help us stay on track with our calories.
Calories per cookie= 84
100g plain oats
60g cocoa powder
21g unsalted butter
1 small ripe banana
tsp vanilla extract
tsp baking powder
120ml of maple syrup
Step 1: Measure out each ingredients and add all the ingredients to a bowl.
Step 2: Mix all of the ingredients together
Step 3: Place mixture in fridge and leave to chill for 30 mins.
Step 4: Spoon mixture onto lined baking tray to make 15 even cookies
Step 5: Cook in oven for 14 mins at 160 degrees
Step 6: take out of oven and leave to cool. Then dish up and enjoy!
