1 bell pepper (any colour)
1 TBSP olive oil
1 sausage (I used 2)
85 grams penne pasta
1 TBSP pasta sauce (I used 2)
30 mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese (optional for topping)
Step 1- Heat the oil. Chop the bell pepper and the sausage and add to a pan. Cook for 5 mins
Step 2- Cook pasta then add to pan and mix.
Step 3- Add in sauce and mozzarella and mix till cheese is melted.
Step 4- Plate up and garnish with parmesan if using
