Chocolate and coconut bark

This recipe has been taken directly from our nutrition site which all our clients have access to. This recipe is high in protein and low in calories and is a perfect snack whilst staying on track with your macros.

2 TBSP coconut oil

3 TBSP cocoa powder

handful of mixed nuts

1 scoop Chocolate whey protein

1 TBSP Stevia

Step 1: Line baking tray with paper and put in freezer.

Step 2: Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat. Add in the cocoa powder and Stevia and stir. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Stir the nuts and protein powder into the mixture. Add a little cold water so that the consistency is thick but pourable.

Step 4: Remove baking tray from freezer and pout mixture onto tray spreading evenly to desired thickness.

Step 5: Place in freezer and leave for 20 mins

Step 6: Breakup and enjoy! Can freeze for up to 2 weeks.
