554 Calories. 29g Protein. 40g Carbs. 108g Fats. (macros for whole recipe)
2 TBSP coconut oil
3 TBSP cocoa powder
handful of mixed nuts
1 scoop Chocolate whey protein
1 TBSP Stevia
Step 1: Line baking tray with paper and put in freezer.
Step 2: Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat. Add in the cocoa powder and Stevia and stir. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Stir the nuts and protein powder into the mixture. Add a little cold water so that the consistency is thick but pourable.
Step 4: Remove baking tray from freezer and pout mixture onto tray spreading evenly to desired thickness.
Step 5: Place in freezer and leave for 20 mins
Step 6: Breakup and enjoy! Can freeze for up to 2 weeks.
